An excellent book -- written before he (Graf) decided to go pop/American. His later books can be skipped.
The book on myth is ok, as expressing a certain type of interpreation ('myth as traditional tale"), and still avoiding all the romantic mysticism associated with the likes of Jung, Eliade, Dumézil, etc... all of whom, and not coincidentally, were fascists), though it is still largely incorrect in its premises, imo.
